Instruction

This class is taught by Ed Bordador who has been teaching the class since we started in 2001. He can answer all your questions about fresh sausage and just about anything else to do with smoking, cooking and curing your meat. This class is great for someone just starting to learn about sausage making.


**Classes are held from 9am-Noon and are free when you bring in any non-perishable food donation for the Edmonton Food Bank. **
